With that comes a crap load of new Xbox Live! Marketplace content. Most notably, Atari’s ‘Test Drive Unlimited’, which as far as I am aware, is a totally new type of racing game, defined as being a ‘MOOR’ (Massively Open Online Racing). This in itself isn’t really clear to everyone, as to what even those four words mean, so let me explain…

Basically, from what I can work out, you have a vast area, an Island in this case to peruse around in, whilst other drivers do the same. Do what you want, drive where you want… Meet other drivers? Fancy a race? Go for it… This is the kind of innovation I think the driving genre needed, and I am totally looking forward to playing it.

It couldn’t come at a better time, with regards to me hurting my back, and this being able to not really do MUCH. I spent a chunk of today, off work, playing Kameo which was fun I suppose… Totally sucks having this injury, but it could be worse – all the football season has finished now, so I should be able to rest it! Hopefully it’ll ease off soon, so I can start to enjoy some summer Golf! Boo ya!!!
