Demoing video inclusion to WordPress…
WordPress allows entry of HTML code, so really it’s a case of working out the HTML to include on any page, and popping it into your wordpress post. Here’s an example of a Quicktime movie embedded…

< WIDTH="320" HEIGHT="255" TARGET="MYSELF" xsrc="http://neyo.co.uk/lab/craig2005/video.mov" mce_src="http://neyo.co.uk/lab/craig2005/video.mov" xhref="http://neyo.co.uk/lab/craig2005/writingwithcraig.mov" mce_href="http://neyo.co.uk/lab/craig2005/writingwithcraig.mov" PLUGINSPAGE="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/index.html" AUTOPLAY="FALSE" CONTROLLER="FALSE">
I’ve omitted the “embed” tags before and at the end of the this code to show you how it’s embedded. It’s fairly straight forward what does what here. This movie has a placeholder movie, which when clicks, loads the full video.
Of course, using sites like YouTube, you can embed movies far easier, without the need or care to know the code behind it, but that’s your prerogative really. Windows Media inclusion, and indeed RealNetworks content is similar to include, but I really don’t endorse those forms of media…
Hope this is helpful to you, and i’m glad to see you’re repping WordPress!
