…Work isn’t always a bad thing though, I suppose. Especially when it’s paid, and it’s good advertisment for yourself. Last week, a close buddy of mine, for my much of my life mentioned how I’d missed out on some design work, because he couldn’t get ahold of me. It turns out, there’s some work they are fairly sure they want me to work on, for a forthcoming exhibition in a couple of weeks. Sounds ominous, but I spoke to him a little about it, and it sounds promising. I’ve got to speak to the company tomorrow, to confirm things and get everything sorted, but the prospect of having more of my work in the wild, and of print sizes, taller than my height seem hard to turn down. We’ll see, what comes of this in due course, fingers crossed…

In other news, we won both 5-a-side games tonight, 6-2, 6-1, which was awesome. We played under-par too, so those scores could of been inflated far more than they seem, oh well, 6pts is 6pts regardless. Good job lads.

Oxford?! Well… A bit gutted actually, only managing a 0-0 draw tonight, and with Dag & Red winning, our lead in the conference is down to a mere 4pts now. Alas, that’s 15 games unbeaten, but I was praying for a win, for the benefit of ribbing my buddy at work in the morning. I imagine he’ll be far more smug, than i’ll be, which is annoying; i’ll have to try and brush it under the carpet, somehow!
