Just spent a chunk of my evening creating this. A fraction of its print size, the form is gonna be used every single week to maintain the good life of a forklift, and also our staff, should the inspectors drop by. Came out pretty good i think! I think the curves and somewhat more graphical approach makes the whole form filling in process a little easier to take…
