Gmail JAVA Client for handheld devices…

As a ‘whore’ of Google applications I often find myself checking my mail on my phone (Sony Ericsson w900i), and it can be a bit slow at times. Google today, announced a new JAVA application that tries harder to imitate the feel of it’s fully functional web counterpart.

* Up to five times faster access and use, thanks to automatic pre-fetching of messages

* Drastically reduced clicks and scrolling to access email

* Fewer keystrokes for reading, composing, or searching mail

* Attachments, including files and photos, viewable and automatically resized to fit the user’s phone

Check out the requirements, hit Gmail.com/app on your mobile handset to download to your device. I’ll post back my views, when i’ve given it a good run out… Enjoy. :)

Haha, i’ve had this domain for a few years… I couldn’t believe it when I started hearing neyo’s music, seeing him steal my ‘alias’. On Xbox Live, I get people singing So-Sick to me regularly, and folks adding me just asking if i’m the ‘real neyo’. Damn right I am.

Sorry about Yahoo, I don’t use it personally, i’m kinda sure Google doesn’t rank me as high? I’ll have to look at Yahoo.

    Welcome to neyo.co.uk. :P
