WarioWare Smooth Moves?!
I stand by my statement that besides Zelda and the fun that is Wii Sports, the Wii doesn’t actually have ANY good titles. For a gamer, who detests Link, probably all pixes and wolves to boot, this leaves the Wii as more of a gimmick or party trick really. It’s great when my mates come over and we have a laugh with it, but really speaking, my 360 dominates any other time I fancy a game, minus a few buddies, curry and alcohol.
So with that said, i’ve been keen to pickup a new Wii game, and having seen a few video’s on the web, I am curious about WarioWare, which hit the shelves last Friday in the UK. Has anyone seen it first hand, played it, or maybe even has playeda version on GBA, or DS, enough to have any opinion? I understand, from the video’s the game is comprised of HEAPS of mini games which on the Wii requires an array of different Wii-Mote yielding techniques to pass mini games. What I am not sure about is, whether this is actually likely to be any good for 20 somethings… More-over is it actually a 1-4 player affair, or would we have to play in 1 player sessions? I could read a review, but there might actually be some people who read this blog, who come from a technology background?!
If you’ve any opinions on the WarioWare IP, or maybe even OTHER Wii titles that I should keep my eyes locked down to, please hit me up!
