So my stay was short, could say sweet – I mean, I didn’t see any snakes or anything that could kill me. If you ask me, that’s pretty SWEET. But yeah, of course I wish I was here longer, to see more and do more, especially things like Uluru, but that leaves me a reason to return, huh?

Thailand is just over 24hrs away now, and I’m still totally unaware of what i am letting myself in for. I’ve no guide book (and for 5 days I WON’T be buying one, either!) and read little about the place. I’ve got a place booked and some odd directions to give the taxi driver:

* Translation for Taxi Driver: ‘Thanon Silom Trong Kham ITF tower, Silom Soi Jed Leaw Sai Tee Fai Dang.’

Beyond that, and the fact I have to work in sodding “THB” I have no clue. Hopefully it all works out fine, and maybe i’ll regret not being in Thailand longer. We’ll see…
