A new beginning?!

Hey Bianca, this one is for you… :P I’m back! Yay?!?

Ok, well maybe not quite a WHOLE new beginning, just a little bumper session!

So, I wanna get healthier, I wanna get fitter, I wanna get stronger! :P Sure I’d say I am in pretty good shape, but I think I can do better, so I think over the next few weeks i’mma try and work on tha… The last two nights, i clocked just under 40 miles cycling – after work. It’s a real killer on my knees, but I feel good for it in the end. Asides from that, some weight training, and also tryna work on my abs too. The main change for me though, is my eating, I wanna quit eating such crap. I don’t eat ALOT of crap – i don’t really do McDonalds, KFC and all that crap, but it’s the smaller things, Chocolate biscuits, Chocolate bars, Crisps, just things to eat to fend off a lil’ hunger bug between meals. Instead, I gotta get something more healthy! Apples, Banana’s, whatever…

So yeah, that’s my short-term aim! Although I don’t on plan on doing it for a few weeks, and giving up! 8)

Heh, ok I’m also going to bed, BEFORE midnight too, it’s like a whole new me, new and improved, and EVEN more awesome! HA HA. :)

    1) NO SPORT (or almost)
    2) NO ABS (good point : I’m comfortable !Is there someone in this place who needs a bolster ? lool)
    3) NO GOOD LEGS ( too thin snif…I’m like a spider, you know : big body with thin members…It’s a pity lool)

…BUT I DON’T EAT A LOT OF CRAP AS YOU!!! he he 8)

I’ve got just 10mn to have lunch…And the rest of the time, I can’t eat because I’m at the reception so…

But I know I just have to do play sport about 3 or 4 hours/week and I can be made…I’m quite slim naturally so…It’s just…the story of a french lazy girl in fact uh ?..yes, that’s it!lol

Hah, well thats cool. To be honest Marteen, most women I know aren’t into sports and fitness anyhow! I don’t why, i wish more women were into it, but for some reason, they aren’t… :(

Sorry I took so long to reply, I forget about my blog from time to time…

If you’re naturally slim, then you’re lucky, eh? :P

lol yes, women love comfort…and sport = no comfort…I don’t complain too much, I’m quite lucky…I’m tall, so I’m quite thin naturally…I just need some muscles here…and here too…and here too…and…stop it !looolll

Today I went in a “gym club” to register myself :o s and I’ll try to do sport 2 or 3 times/week…AAAAHHHH!!I’m a little bit afraid because there’s a long time I didn’t move my rolls of fat lol Oh my god!!I prefer not imagine it LMMAAOO :D
